		<description><![CDATA[I firmly believe that a profession in student affairs chose me before I chose it. Going into freshman year of college, I had no idea that student affairs was a profession that would interest me. The plan all through college was to earn my degree in communication and pursue the Human Resources/Training/Recruiting field.
